This representative of the local bird community came to visit. He is also the suspected flying dumper who has been bombing the 'floating in the city' HQ roof with his personal excrement. We discussed this and have come to an agreement. From now on boats in the area will not be hit. However all 4x4 SUV style tanks entering the area have now been put on the acceptable target list and will be splatted on sight. Not surprisingly SUV's look ugly from above, but apparently they make good targets being big and often stuck in traffic.
